HIGHLIGHTS

Itinerary:

  • Toronto - Niagara Falls - Niagara-on-the-Lake - Toronto

Day 1:

  • After breakfast, depart for the Niagara Falls region to witness one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, the Niagara Falls. The falls are located on the border between the United States and Canada, with one side in the US and the other in Canada. The Canadian Falls, also known as Horseshoe Falls, is shaped like a horseshoe, measuring 56 meters (187 feet) high and stretching 675 meters (2,215 feet) wide. The mighty Horseshoe Falls plunges over 50 meters (164 feet) into the gorge below, creating a deafening roar that resembles the thunder of Zeus. The spray and mist from the falls can reach heights of over 100 meters (328 feet), and when the sun shines brightly, it creates a spectacular rainbow. The average water flow rate is 5,720 cubic meters per second (201,500 cubic feet per second),making it one of the three largest transnational waterfalls in the world, along with Iguazu Falls and Victoria Falls.

  • Take a ride on the famous Hornblower Cruise, navigating through the churning waters of the falls for an up-close view. Feel the spray of the water on your face as you experience the thrill and power of the falls.
  • Continue to the Niagara-on-the-Lake, a charming town known as "Canada's Prettiest Town" and a National Historic Site. The town's most bustling area is Queen Street, lined with quaint shops and buildings dating back to the 19th century. This region is the world's largest producer of ice wine, so you can visit a winery to savor this "nectar of the gods."
